An independent verdict, built on presentation and standards.
Verdict Certified Grading (VCG) is a standalone card grading company. We aren't part of a card retailer or auction house. VCG's only business is authenticating and grading cards, so our verdict on your cards stays independent of anyone with a stake in what they're worth.
Our focus
Collectors already trust PSA, BGS, CGC, and SGC, and VCG isn't trying to compete with them on volume. We focused on one thing the major services haven't brought to the U.S. market: hand-drawn art-matched labels. They're for collectors who care about how a graded card looks as much as the number on the label.
How we grade
VCG grades sports cards and trading card games on a shared 1-10 scale, with standards specific to each category. A print line on a TCG card isn't judged the same way as a corner ding on a vintage sports card. See our full Grading Scale & Standards.
Grade verification and what's next
We're launching with public pricing, simple submissions, and no account required. Grade lookup is already live, and customer accounts are planned.
Public grade verification
Anyone, buyer or seller, can look up a cert number on our Verify a Grade page to check a graded card's authenticity and grade. No login required.
Customer accounts
As submission volume grows, we plan to add customer accounts with order history and self-serve status tracking.
