The grading fee comes later, after your cards are graded. Card size limit: 35pt max, for now. Right now we can only take standard-thickness cards, up to 35pt. We can't take oversized or thick cards yet, including jersey and manufactured patch cards or anything too thick for a standard 35pt holder, because we don't have a slab for thicker cards in place yet. Please don't send these, because they'll be returned to you unprocessed. We're working on adding them before full launch.

Submission Method

Manual Submission Enter each card's details yourself. We get your manifest right away, and it prints on your packing slip. Quick Submission Just tell us how many cards you're sending. This can add to your turnaround time.

Card Manifest

Add one card per entry. We get this manifest as soon as you submit. Afterward, print your packing slip (it lists these cards) and put it in your package.

Coverage

Every submission is automatically covered up to $100 total at no extra cost. If your cards together are worth more than that, declare the additional value below to get extra coverage.

This baseline is a placeholder set to match USPS's included shipping insurance. It isn't VCG's final business insurance policy. Confirm the real figure before relying on it.

Only the shipping and handling fee is charged today. It's based on your card count and address, and you'll see it below once your order is created. After you pay it, we email you a prepaid label for sending your cards in. The grading total above is an estimate, and it's billed separately after your cards are graded.
